Sartorius GPA Series precision balances produce steady readings using the high stability mode and the unique Sartorius weighing system even if the environmental conditions are not ideal for precision weighing. The Double Lever System, or DLS, for short based on its special force transmission design. The proven monolithic systems is cut from a single block of a special, highly rugged aluminum alloy using high-speed 21st century milling technology. The double lever principle offers two decisive advantages: the design in the area of the pan linkage is highly resistant to mechanical stress and therefore has exceptionally high mechanical stability, and the system is about half the size of the monolithic block cell, allowing for a smaller footprint. Like the monolithic weigh cell, it is cut from a single block of aluminum and no screw fasteners are needed between functional parts. This keeps the system less sensitive to fluctuations in temperature, and with fewer parts there is less chance of failure.

The GX-K (like current GX) have internal calibration while the GF-K (like current GF) have external calibration only.

If the GX-K 10.6" x 8.3" isn't large enough then we offer A&D top of the line industrial balance - the GP Series with its behemoth 15.1" x 13.5" weighing pan.

All models come standard with RS232 interface and WinCT balance data communication software. Multiple weighing modes available by simply pressing the "Mode" key and scroll through the desired weigh unit whether it is grams, ounce, pounds & more.

GP Series high capacity balances standard features such as a numerical keyboard and counting memory function. On-board memory stores up to five regularly used unit weights. Swing arm design allows display to be moved from bench top to eye level. Counting, over/under check weighing and outfitted with the optional weigh below underhook makes this high capacity toploading balance the leader in industrial, bio technology and pharmaceutical markets. Pan size: 11" x 13.5"; dimensions (with display arm in verbal position) are 13 7/8" x 17" x 25". The stainless steel weighing pan and sealed base are resistant to water and dust and IP-65 rated.
